If you have any other questions, please

My order arrived, but it isn't the book/quantity I purchased. What do I do?
Inspect your order carefully when it arrives, and report any problems to our
Customer Service department. Have your order number ready. If your order is being sent to an author event venue, arrange with the event coordinator to check your order as soon as it arrives.
Can I cancel my book order?
Because it is transmitted directly to our fulfillment center the minute you place it, your eBook or print-on-demand book order cannot be cancelled.
Is it safe to use my credit card when paying?
Shopping at the Fultus Online Book Superstore is safe. We use a secure server for all purchases and anything that involves your personal account information. Our server uses 128-bit encryption technology designed to protect your information. If you prefer not to submit your credit card number online when ordering, you can print out your order form to mail to us with your credit card number, or you can mail your order form with a check or money order.
Completing your order offline is easy. Simply complete the steps as if you were placing an order online. On the final Checkout Procedure page, choose the option "Offline Order", download and print out an order form to mail to us.
About Google Checkout
In an effort to provide our customers the broadest selection of checkout options, Fultus has implemented Google's new checkout service 'Google Checkout'. The Google Checkout service assists customers in two distinct ways. First, it shows Google Checkout customers more relevant information in Google search results by displaying the Google Checkout badge on the sponsored links of merchants that offer Google Checkout. Second, it helps simplify the buying process. Once at the merchant's web site, Google Checkout (i) provides customers with a checkout mechanism whereby it isn't necessary to share your credit card information with the merchant, (ii) moves customers through checkout with a single login for use across multiple stores, and (iii) enables customers to track your purchase history in one place at Google.
When ordering, how do I know which eBook to choose?
While the ordering process is easy, you do need to order the correct type of eBook for the reader on your PC or other device. If you are unsure about which format to order, please click here.
How is an eBook delivered?
eBooks are downloaded to you. Shortly after we've processed your payment and digitally signed your book, we will send you an email with a link. This link will take you to a Web site where you can download the eBook. (When ordering eBooks, please make sure you provide the correct email address to ensure proper eBook delivery.)
How long does it take to have an eBook delivered?
After we've processed your payment and digitally signed your book, we'll send you an email with a link to download your eBook - usually within 24 hours. If you have multiple email addresses, please provide the email address that is most convenient for you.
How do I report a delivery problem?
Our customer service department will happily answer questions and provide assistance. We will promptly address any delivery issues related to file quality and network connectivity. However, there are limitations to the support
we can provide. We cannot, for example, provide help related to your hardware or software.
We also understand that occasionally people make mistakes. We'll try to evaluate each situation; however, it may be necessary for customers to repurchase eBooks if issues develop as a result of mistakes that could have been prevented by following instructions or asking questions in advance of making a purchase. We are here to help. Please

What eBook formats does Fultus offer?
Several programs allow people to read eBooks. Fultus offers eBooks in the most popular formats, including Microsoft eBook (for Microsoft eBook Reader), Adobe PDF (for Adobe Acrobat Reader), and Compiled HTML (chm) Help (upon customer request). These formats cover almost 100% of the eBook market. Each reader is unique, however, and can read only files meant for that reader. So, for example, if you have Microsoft Reader, you cannot read Adobe PDF files, intended for reading with Adobe Acrobat Reader, and vice versa.
