We ship anywhere in the world and offer several overseas shipping options. Once you've selected the items you wish to purchase and have chosen a shipping method on our online order form, we will automatically calculate and display the shipping charge for your order.
We mail all print (POD) books, and you should receive yours within 10 business days. If you do not receive it within that time, please contact us.
Domestic orders (USA and Canada) can be completed using the shopping cart.
When you order an eBook at Fultus, you will receive an email within 24 hours with the secure link, where you can download your eBook. Just download the file, remember to save it, and you're ready to read your eBook!
How does Fultus ship?

Will you ship to a post office box?
No. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.

When will I receive my order? What is the shipping time?
Most customers who buy paperbacks receive them within one to two weeks. We do our best to see that all orders for POD paperbacks are fulfilled within five (5) business days, plus shipping time (three to five business days in the United States, depending on where you live). We are constantly monitoring and modifying our printing and fulfillment processes in order to deliver books faster.
Please note that shipping times are in addition to the production time it takes to create the books in your order. Fultus only creates a book once we receive your request, and it can, for example, take as many as ten (10) business days to produce a print-on-demand paperback. Make sure you consider this timeframe when you are choosing your shipping method.
Customer satisfaction is the first priority for Fultus. If you receive a defective book, simply tear off the cover and return the book to us and we will replace the title free of charge. If you are not satisfied with the book you ordered, you can mail it to us within three (3) days of when you received it. We will provide you with a refund, minus shipping and printing costs.
If we fill an order incorrectly, we will provide you with the correct book at our expense. If that is not possible, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
eBooks can be returned only on CD-ROM 48 hours after download. Please mail this CD-ROM with the eBook to us. We will provide you with a refund, minus any merchant service return charge and the Fultus eBook digital signing flat fee (50 cents).
